Sod Installation (Fescue)

We install high-quality fescue sod with full soil preparation: kill/strip, grade, level, and prep. Most jobs take a few days depending on property size.

We provide detailed watering instructions and offer optional commercial sprinkler rentals.

New sod care:

  • Water twice daily for at least 8 weeks

  • Maintain mowing height 3.5" or higher for the first year
